We are delighted to welcome Deborah Jones to Rubicon Associates! With her extensive business management experience, Deborah will lead our Support Services team in Perth, bringing her expertise and passion to drive success.

Deborah’s diverse background encompasses roles such as Board Member, Company Secretary, Executive Officer, Operations Manager, Office Manager, and more across sectors like Finance, Automotive, Manufacturing, Legal, FMCG – Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Defence, Resources, and Health.

Deborah spent over 4 years as part of the Luerssen Australia’s SEA 1180 Project and was one of the first to join that team.

Her impressive qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Management, Diploma of Human Resources Management, and she is currently studying a Juris Doctor of Australian and International Corporate Law.

Furthermore, Deborah is a member of esteemed organizations such as the Governance Institute of Australia, Law Society of Western Australia, Women Lawyer’s Association of South Australia, Law Institute of Victoria, and Women on Boards.
