We are delighted to announce that Samantha Tait has joined Rubicon Associates as our new General Manager.

Sam is a chartered engineer and a seasoned leader in the maritime and transport infrastructure sectors. She has over 25 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, engineering consultancy, and systems safety assurance.

Sam has worked on major projects such as the Collins Class Submarines, the Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers, the High-Capacity Metro Trains, and the Metro Tunnel. She has also provided technical and legal support to the Royal Australian Navy and the Royal New Zealand Navy.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering – Naval Architecture (Australian Maritime College), a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management (Deakin University), and a Master of Business Administration – Maritime Management (Australian Maritime College).

Sam is passionate about innovation and excellence in engineering. She excels at managing multi-discipline teams and delivering high-quality outputs under pressure.

As our General Manager, Sam will play a key role in our future growth plans and our commitment to achieving high performance on project delivery.

We are thrilled to have Sam on board and look forward to working with her.
