Rubicon has the technical expertise, management experience and comprehensive support network to provide expert advice on Defence Naval acquisition. 

In particular, Rubicon Director Goran Dubljevic has expertise spanning project management, asset management, procurement, and contract negotiation/management with global suppliers to the shipbuilding and Naval defence industries. He has also been involved with numerous international due diligence teams for the acquisition of strategic assets.

Most recently, Rubicon Associates have been heavily involved in ‘above the line’ work supporting the SEA1180 Offshore Patrol (OPV) project with involvement in the tender evaluation group and project implementation. 

Rubicon’s role was to evaluate the Australian industry capability workforce development supply chain management and we are now acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the shipbuilding strategy.
