Upgrading (and extending) the lifecycle of a vessel is critical to optimising the total cost of ownership, ensuring ongoing materiel capability, and future cost-effective design and engineering support.

We support our customers’ through-life sustainment programs, including scheduled vessel refurbishment and retrofit programs of work.

We offer expertise in the design of upgrades to platform systems, conduct engineering assessments, provide maintenance services engaging our marine, mechanical, electrical and systems engineering capability, and undertake program management of maintenance and repair activities, including supplier procurement.

We also support Life of Type Extensions (LOTE) with engineering and cost modelling that assesses the impact of extending the life of our customers’ assets.
