ILS Engineer appointed to lead services

Mechanical / Marine Engineer Sebastian Russell has been promoted to the newly created position of Lead Integrated Logistics Support – ILS Engineer at Rubicon Associates.
The position of Lead ILS Engineer has been created to formalise and to grow the ILS Domain and aims to support defence maritime projects with systems integration engineering best practise.
Sebastian is well placed to lead this service line for Rubicon Associates. A qualified Mechanical / Marine Engineer, he is passionate about ILS Engineering and is studying a Master of System Engineering in Reliability Engineering at The University of NSW.
Internally appointing Sebastian to the role sets up Rubicon Associates to further support existing naval programs and capabilities and also creates career opportunities, across Australia, for the wider team.
