At Rubicon Associates, diversity is both enshrined in our company policies and simply a fact of life. Marine engineering is a truly global industry; there is nothing more international than shipping.
Thankfully, we have been able to tap into a diverse talent pool from our multi-cultural society where already we have a vast amount of talent from the global marine engineering industry living right here in Australia.
Consequently, in the process of building our consulting team we have gathered a collection of people from a wide variety of nationalities, ethnicities, and any other measure of diversity.
Hailing from Serbia, India, Ukraine, China, Germany, Philippines, the UK and yes, Australia, our team may come from different cultures with different experiences – but we are drawn together by a common passion for all things Marine!
