Rubicon Associates is delighted to welcome the newest member to our growing team, Aidan Smith. Aidan comes to Rubicon Associates with experience in the maritime industry, specifically in power and propulsion equipment for over 6 years as a Project Coordinator across the Oceania region. 

Having gained his experience in the field, Aidan obtained an understanding of logistics and administrative field services, delivering on the ground project management that allowed him to transition into a coordination role. With his experience, he was involved with over 90 successful vessel dry docking projects. 

Having completed a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University, and a Certificate III in Education Officer/IT Support, Aidan has a strong background in project administration/service coordination in the marine industry and has been keen to make the leap into project management. When he saw the job advertisement with Rubicon Associates for someone with exactly the background as he has – he knew that it would bridging the gap between where he was and where he wants to be. Aidan’s research into what Rubicon Associates left him being quite impressed with what the company does.

Aidan has a passion for tech, and enjoys playing with computers and codes that augments his passion as an avid record collector and appreciator of live music. When not at home, Aidan enjoys travelling and strives to get away overseas whenever he can. Aidan will be based in the Melbourne Office.
