Rubicon Associates is delighted to welcome our newest team member, Ivan Glavan, an experienced Mechanical Systems Engineer ILS Manager and Project Manager

Ivan will be bolstering our project management team with a specific focus on overseeing the more complex and substantial projects that Rubicon Associates is undertaking.

Ivan has over 20 years of engineering, integrated logistics and project management experience within the Defence environment, having worked on platforms such as the ANZAC Class Frigates, Armadale Class Patrol Boats and HMAS SIRIUS.

Ivan has worked for Defence primes such as Transfield Services, Thales and BAE Systems (Tenix Group) and was previously the Senior Regional Project Support Services Manager for Broadspectrum, overseeing Victoria and Tasmanian Defence Assets. He also spent four years working in the commercial maritime sector as the International In-service Support Manager for the BIGA Group Ltd.

Ivan is passionate about ILS and project management and will be a valuable addition to our organisation, with his range of skills and depth of experience aligned to supporting Rubicon Associates’ commitment to promoting excellence in maritime engineering.
