We are thrilled to introduce Maria Montealegre, our new Systems Engineer at Rubicon Engineering. Maria brings over 15 years of local and international experience in the tunnelling and Defence sectors. She has worked on projects such as the Land Helicopter Docks and the Air Warfare Destroyer, and has contributed to the transportation and water infrastructure of Australia. She is also a winner of the NAWIC CEO Shadow Program and a guest speaker for WiT Launch event 2023, demonstrating her leadership and advocacy for Women in the Defence Sector.

Maria is passionate about traveling, scuba diving, swimming and tennis. She is joining us to apply her skills and knowledge to our naval engineering projects. Please join us in giving Maria a warm welcome to Rubicon Associates.
