Services
Rubicon Associates are managing a multi-faceted air conditioning project, delivering an assessment of the heat load generated by the Leeuwin Class, and an engineering investigation into replacement of the chiller plant and remediation of the entire HVAC system.
Scope
- Remediate obsolete split systems and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Heat load assessment
- Chiller replacement and HVAC remediation investigation
Project Outcome
RA completed the heat load assessment in 2021 and have delivered the IP56 split system design package. The FCU design package will be complete in 2022.
