Navy Vessel Class: The Royal Australian Navy’s (RAN’s) Hydrographic Service has responsibility for charting more than one eighth of the world’s surface, stretching as far west as Cocos Island in the Indian Ocean, east to the Solomon Islands, and from the Equator to the Antarctic.

Rubicon Associates completed a review and developed an engineering proposal for the upgrade of the vessel’s potable hot water and freshwater systems as part of our contribution to BAE Systems Tiger Team. Key to this package of work was working through and implementing Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) functions that were to be included in the proposal submission.

Engineering change proposal and new equipment installed on the survey ships to improve the hot & freshwater systems.
